To Our Team,

Congratulations on a great night and a BIG THANK YOU to each of you, everyone did an outstanding job and we really appreciate each of you so very much.  When I say everyone, I mean everyone; planning team, area leaders, agency partners, dignitaries, and each and every volunteer. The night was a success because of the collective work of EACH of you.

When we look at the negative issues in the community that derail our inner city youth from succeeding, many of them are preventable and/or reversible.    I believe the investment each of you are making will pay great dividends in years to come, including the resiliency of our youth, families, neighborhoods and the greater community.

I am asking each of you to provide a sentence or some bullets on what you think are things that went well last night and things that you feel we could improve on.  I am not looking to point fingers at anyone, this is not about any ONE person, this is about a team of people working together to continue to improve on the work we are doing in building youth, families and community.

I have attached a list of the job descriptions we had for this year’s all-star game.  If you think of a new position that we should consider having when running the event next season, let us know your thoughts.  Please review the job descriptions and make suggestions, especially if you feel that some of the job descriptions should be expanded on to provide our volunteers with information to assist them in being successful in their assigned areas.

Thanks again and give yourself a pat on the back for a JOB WELL DONE!!!
